AMF Optical Solutions manufactures optical windows made of low expansion borosilicate glass and fused silica up to 24 inches in diameter to meet various demanding applications. Surface flatness of λ/4 to λ/20 are available. We supply a range of optical windows in a selection of materials to meet all scientific instrument applications from UV-Visible and IR wavelengths.

Materials

We offer windows made from a wide variety of materials, including BK-7, Fused Silica, Suprasil® 2, and Excimer-Grade Fused Silica

Sizes

We work with mirror sizes from 0.5 inch diameter and up to 24 inches in diameter, and can accommodate mirrors of any size in between.

Surfaces

Standard surface flatness ranges from 1/4λ to 1/20λ and our parts can be tested with AMF's Zygo™ GPI Interferometer
